Doing it lawfully

Repossession is closely regulated in New Zealand, and getting the process wrong can cost far more than the asset is worth. Notices, timing and conduct on the day all matter, and each is handled accordingly.

Where the goods or the debtor cannot be found, tracing comes first. Where the debt survives the recovery, enforcement can follow.

Where we operate

Robuk has operated since 2003 and works through a network of agents across New Zealand, so instructions are not limited to the main centres. Since 2025 Robuk has been part of Tony Lowe Investigations, which widens the resources available to each file. Instructions can be given from anywhere in the country, and we will tell you at the outset what is realistic for the location involved.
