Approved and nationwide

Robuk is a Ministry of Justice approved court server, and works through agents throughout New Zealand — so service is not restricted to the main centres.

Where a person is deliberately avoiding service, or the address on file is out of date, the job becomes a tracing exercise first. We handle both, so the file does not stall.

Where we operate

Robuk has operated since 2003 and works through a network of agents across New Zealand, so instructions are not limited to the main centres. Since 2025 Robuk has been part of Tony Lowe Investigations, which widens the resources available to each file. Instructions can be given from anywhere in the country, and we will tell you at the outset what is realistic for the location involved.

Common questions

Are you approved to serve court documents?

Yes. Robuk is a Ministry of Justice approved court server.

What happens if the person avoids service?

Avoidance is common and expected. Where an address proves wrong or the person is deliberately evading, the job moves into tracing so that service can still be effected.

How will I know the documents were served?

We report back on the job and confirm when service has been effected, so the position is never left unclear.
